MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SERVICES

Based on an agreed and signed SLA, we carry out audit, maintenance and support for our various deployments in organizations. This helps the client to keep better record of its infrastructure condition and saves time due to proper management.

We also carry out audit and give maintenance support services based on calls which would normally include our charges.

Areas we provide maintenance support services/managed services include;

  • Hardware components (desktops/laptops repairs, inverter testing and repairs/replacement, battery testing and replacement etc.)
  • Software/Application (Web-Content Filtering Renewal, Email Security)
  • Full-spectrum of security services to manage and mitigate all hazards and threats to clients’ network.
  • Design and implement CRM projects and infrastructure for optimum results.

A maintenance agreement could be signed to last between 2-5 years based on the clients’ decision.

 

Client we presently carry out maintenance services for is First Bank of Nigeria Plc for their Mast and Towers. This maintenance agreement is for a period of 2 years.
